By renting equipment from Focus Film Rentals, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the agreed return date. Late returns will incur additional charges.

Rental charges are based on the rental period, project type and type of equipment. All fees must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed. Late fees and additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or loss of equipment.

We accept cash, checks, and bank transfers. A security deposit may be required.

The equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and manufacturer instructions. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper operation and handling. Unauthorized repairs or modifications are prohibited.

Customers are required to inspect the equipment upon receipt and notify Focus Film Rentals of any defects or issues within 2 hours from call time. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the equipment in good condition.

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. We recommend obtaining insurance coverage for the rented equipment. Proof of insurance may be required.

Customers must notify Focus Film Rentals in advance if the equipment will be used in any potentially hazardous conditions or for any shots that may pose a risk to the equipment or crew (e.g., extreme weather, stunts, special effects, underwater use) (The use of lasers is strictly prohibited). The company has the right to refuse if the risk to the equipment or crew is serious and Additional precautions or insurance coverage may be required.

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The customer will be charged for any repairs, replacements, or cleaning necessary to restore the equipment to its original condition.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period starts will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded.

Focus Film Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Our maximum liability is limited to the rental fees paid by the customer.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Focus Film Rentals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of rented equipment.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Egypt.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Focus Film Rentals and the customer, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Focus Film Rentals reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in writing.
